An AI resume builder that tailors every resume to the job
Enter your career history once. For each job you apply to, Resumaire rewrites your resume in that posting's language, from work you actually did, and tells you what it changed and why. It never adds a skill you don't have or a number you didn't give it.

Tailored to the job, never made up
Most AI resume tools have one way of making you look like a better match: adding what the job asks for. That gets you into an interview you then fail, because you will be asked about every line.
Resumaire works the other way. It reads the posting first, separating the requirements that matter from the ones mentioned in passing, then rewrites your real experience to meet them. Where the posting says “stakeholder management” and you did that work, your resume says “stakeholder management” too, because keyword searches match words, not meanings. Where you did not do that work, it does not pretend you did.
It also will not quietly promote you. If your profile says you supported a project, the resume does not say you led it. If you were part of a team that delivered a result, the result stays the team's. Your job titles stay the titles you actually held.
And when a bullet would be stronger with a number you haven't given it, it doesn't guess. It tells you which figure to go and find.
What you get with every version
Alongside the resume itself, you get a short, plain-language summary of what was changed and why, so you can see the difference rather than take it on trust.
You also get up to four gaps: requirements in the posting your record doesn't answer yet, each with what you could do about it. Most are not missing qualifications but qualifications missing from your profile, so if you do hold one, you can add it on the spot.
Finally, it suggests two or three roles your real history would support, with what would strengthen an application for each.
Written to be read by people, not just software
The words that mark a resume as machine-written are banned outright: leveraged, spearheaded, orchestrated, results-driven, passionate about, proven track record. Every bullet leads with a plain, strong verb, in the right tense for whether you still hold the job, in American English.

Common questions
- Is a resume written with AI safe to send?
- It is if every line on it is true, which is the rule this one is built around. Resumaire writes only from the career profile you give it. It can reword, reorder and tighten what you did, but it cannot add an employer, a title, a skill, a certification or a number you did not supply. You will be asked about your resume in the interview, so it should never say anything you cannot back up.
- Will it add the skills the job description asks for?
- No. Your skills list is reordered so the ones the posting asks for come first, but it only ever contains skills already in your profile. If the job wants something your profile does not show, it appears in the gaps list instead, with what you could do about it. If you do have it and simply never wrote it down, you can add it to your profile from that screen.
- I don't have much work experience. Will it still work?
- Yes. When your history is short, the resume leads with education and skills, and treats internships, volunteer work, part-time jobs and projects as real experience. It also stops cutting for relevance: a short history has nothing to spare, so instead of shrinking an entry that looks off-target, it finds the part that transfers to the job.
- Can I start from the resume I already have?
- Yes. Upload it as a PDF or Word document and it is read into your career profile, where you can check and correct it. Every tailored resume is then built from that profile, so you only enter your history once.
- Will it get through applicant tracking systems?
- Every template is ATS-safe, and each finished resume shows its ATS score against the job you aimed it at. No tool can promise an interview: the score tells you whether the software can read your resume and whether it uses the job's language. Whether a person wants to meet you depends on your experience and on who else applied.
- What formats can I download?
- PDF and Word on every plan, and plain text on Pro Job Seeker and Executive for pasting into application forms.
- Should I make a new resume for every job?
- For any job you really want, yes. The words a posting uses are the words a recruiter searches for, so one general resume matches every job a little and none of them well. With your profile saved, a tailored version takes minutes rather than an evening.
