2 mock interviews, and what we honestly thought
45 minutes each on Teams, where one of us interviews you for one of the openings we found — real questions, asked properly. Afterwards you get it in writing: what landed, what didn't, and the answers worth rehearsing. Take the second once you have a real interview booked, so you can practise the thing you're actually about to walk into.
A check-in 14 days after you have everything
A short call once the applications have been out in the world for two weeks. Who replied, who didn't, and what to change — because the two weeks after applying is where most searches quietly stall.

What we don't promise
- We can't promise interviews, offers, or a hire — no one honestly can. We promise the openings, the research, and the materials.
- We don't apply on your behalf or contact employers as you. You stay in control of your own name.
- Employer ratings are read from public review sites on the day we check them, and we tell you which site and when. Ratings move.
- We aim for employers rated 4.0★ or better, but we don't pretend every good employer has a high score — plenty of small ones have no public rating at all. Where an opening is below that or unrated, we tell you plainly and explain why we're still showing it to you.
