Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Resumaire (the “Service”), operated by K3 Professional Services, a sole proprietorship based in Florida (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Resumaire provides tools to help you build a career profile and generate resumes, cover letters, job-match analysis, interview preparation, company prep sheets, transferable-skills mapping, and practice for the kinds of tests employers use, including features powered by artificial intelligence. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. What some features are — and are not

  • Practice tests are original questions written in the style of common employer assessments. They are not the questions from any real test, are not affiliated with or endorsed by any test provider, and are for practice only. Using them to cheat on a real assessment is prohibited.
  • The scam checkon job postings is an automated warning, not a verdict. A posting we flag may be genuine, and one we don’t flag may still be fraudulent. Always verify an employer yourself, and never pay to get a job.
  • Company research is gathered from public web sources at the moment you request it. It may be incomplete or out of date. Check anything you plan to rely on.
  • Match scores and ATS scoresare estimates produced by our own analysis. They are not the output of any employer’s actual hiring system.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@k3professionalservices.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you select (for example, monthly, or a multi-month term billed upfront). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and you keep access until then. One-time passes are charged once and grant access for their stated duration only. Prices may change on renewal, and we will give reasonable notice of any change. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you provide and the documents you generate (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers to produce your results. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI to draft and analyze content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and is not professional, legal, or career advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying everything before you rely on it or submit it to an employer. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including interviews, offers, or employment. You agree not to use the Service to create false, misleading, or fraudulent statements about your background.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe anyone’s rights;
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or harmful;
  • Attempt to breach security, access other users’ data, or disrupt the Service;
  • Scrape, resell, or build a competing product from the Service; or
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan entitlements.

8. Intellectual property

The Service itself — its software, design, and content we provide — is owned by K3 Professional Services and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K3 Professional Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
